Accounting Analyst, Investments

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Analyst to join our Investments team. As an Accounting Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting financial and accounting business initiatives, providing timely and accurate financial information, and delivering expense and budgeting information to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver timely, accurate, and relevant financial information
  • Deliver expense and budgeting information to appropriate stakeholders
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis
  • Accounting and Controls
  • Preparation of OSFI schedules and other surveys
  • Assistance with Internal and External Audits
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education with emphasis on accounting and business administration
  • Demonstrated skill with general accounting concepts
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated technical knowledge of related systems and processes
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisions and judgement calls.
