Job Title: Software Development Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Software Development Team Lead to join our team at R D K Marketing Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating teams of information systems professionals in the development of software and integrated information systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate teams of information systems professionals in the development of software and integrated information systems, process control software, and other embedded software control systems.
  • Ensure the successful delivery of software projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize software development projects.
  • Develop and maintain software development processes and procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in software development, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong technical skills in software development, including programming languages such as C, C++, Java, and Python.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and manage teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
