Job Title: Software Development Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Team Lead to join our team at R D K Marketing Solutions Ltd.

Job Summary

The Software Development Team Lead will be responsible for leading and coordinating teams of information systems professionals in the development of software and integrated information systems, process control software, and other embedded software control systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate teams of information systems professionals
  • Develop software and integrated information systems
  • Process control software and other embedded software control systems
  • Manage and maintain software development projects
  • Ensure timely and within-budget project delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
  • Develop and implement software development methodologies and best practices
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members
  • Identify and mitigate project risks
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and resource plans
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in software development and team leadership
  • Strong technical skills in software development and project management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Manual dexterity
