Job Title: General Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our team at Paul Davis Ottawa. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and maximizing profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive Results: Oversee all aspects of the business, including financials, operations, and customer relations.

Drive Employer of Choice Culture: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that attracts and retains top talent.

Be a Servant Leader: Lead by example, coach and develop team members, and make informed decisions that benefit the company and its stakeholders.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or multiple years' experience in Construction Management, Business Management, or related field.

Five plus years' experience in a management role.

Experience with reading and interpreting financial statements.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in restoration or construction field.

Experience in a Project Management and/or Estimator role.

Sales experience.

General Contractor's License.

Leadership Development Trainings.

IICRC certifications.
