Administrative Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at ERA Kitchens Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information within the team, planning and controlling budget and expenditures, and establishing and implementing policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the flow of information within the team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Plan and control budget and expenditures to optimize resource allocation and minimize waste.
- Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences to facilitate decision-making and knowledge sharing.
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure timely and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Manage training and development strategies to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure a well-stocked and organized workspace.
- Negotiate collective agreements on behalf of employers or workers to promote fair labor practices.
- Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations to facilitate business trips and meetings.
- Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure timely completion and effective outcomes.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to optimize performance and efficiency.
