Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team at JFR Concrete Repair & Waterproofing Ltd. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality finishes on our concrete surfaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Filling hollows and removing spots on freshly poured cement
  • Operating power vibrators to compact concrete
  • Leveling top surface concrete according to grade and depth specification
  • Imparting desired finishes to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools
  • Installing anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills, and other fixtures
  • Applying hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces
  • Waterproofing, damp proofing, and restoring surfaces
  • Repairing, resurfacing, and replacing worn or damaged sections of concrete structures
Work Environment

As a Concrete Finisher, you will work in a fast-paced outdoor environment with exposure to dust, heights, and dangerous conditions. You will be required to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads.

Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Accurate and attention to detail
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
