We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team at A Plus Concrete Pumping Ltd.
Job SummaryThe Concrete Finisher will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality finish on concrete surfaces. This includes filling hollows, removing spots on freshly poured cement, and imparting the desired finish to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools.
Key Responsibilities- Filling hollows and removing spots on freshly poured cement
- Leveling top surface concrete according to grade and depth specification
- Imparting desired finish to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools
- Installing anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills, and other fixtures
- Applying hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces
- Repairing, resurfacing, and replacing worn or damaged sections of concrete structures
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications
The Concrete Finisher will work in a dusty, noisy, and wet/damp environment. The work site will be outdoors, and the physical demands of the job will be high.
Requirements- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications
