  • Authorize return of merchandise and resolve any issues that may arise, including customer requests and complaints
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that all employees are aware of their responsibilities
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters to help inform business decisions
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
