Supervisory Role at Tim Hortons

As a Shift Supervisor at Tim Hortons, you will be responsible for managing the shift by ensuring that your team has all the tools they need to succeed. You will be expected to follow Tim Hortons standards and guidelines when preparing products for our guests, as well as follow all operating guidelines for each piece of equipment.
You will also be responsible for training and coaching a diverse team to achieve and maintain Tim Hortons high standards of operation. This includes promoting a respectful team environment and managing team members with open communication and understanding.
Additionally, you will be responsible for completing various administrative tasks related to operations excellence. This may include tasks such as managing inventory, scheduling, and customer service.
