Job Summary

Capture Accountants Ltd. is seeking a skilled Financial Planning Specialist to join our team. As a Financial Planning Specialist, you will be responsible for advising clients on trust account investments, identifying their financial goals and objectives, and analyzing their financial records. You will also develop financial plans for clients, make recommendations on cash management, insurance coverage, investment planning, retirement, and estate planning, and arrange for the sale of financial products and investments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on trust account investments and develop financial plans to meet their goals and objectives.
  • Analyze clients' financial records and make recommendations on cash management, insurance coverage, investment planning, retirement, and estate planning.
  • Arrange for the sale of financial products and investments, and underwrite new issues of stocks and bonds.
  • Negotiate with corporations and government to determine the type and terms of new securities issues, and prepare offering prospectus for new issues of stocks and bonds.
  • Negotiate mortgage loans and make applications for mortgage to lenders or lending institutions on behalf of clients.
  • Administer estate, personal, charitable, corporate, and other types of trusts, direct trust account investments, receive and record investment income, and disburse trust funds.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of financial statement audits.

  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and maintain attention to detail.
  • Accurate and efficient in all tasks.
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
