Job Title: Senior Developer/Team Lead

At Flexstaf IT, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Developer/Team Lead to join our Software Product Development department.

This is a permanent position that offers a unique opportunity to work on both the frontend and backend of our digital solutions, leveraging your expertise in Angular and Asp.Net.

As a Senior Developer/Team Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring that technical and quality standards are applied throughout the software development lifecycle, collaborating with product owners and development teams to refine features, and fostering a culture of open communication and collaboration.

You will also be responsible for planning and designing architecture, collaborating with development teams to identify and address technical debt, and developing high-level and detailed software architectures that align with business goals.

Additionally, you will provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices, and conduct code reviews to maintain code quality consistency and adherence to architectural patterns.

We are looking for a self-motivated and self-disciplined individual who is comfortable working in a remote distributed environment, collaborating with both technical and business teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure technical and quality standards are applied throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with product owners and development teams to refine features.
  • Foster a culture of open communication and collaboration.
  • Plan and design architecture.
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify and address technical debt.
  • Develop high-level and detailed software architectures.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
  • Conduct code reviews.
  • Implement security measures.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • 10 years of progressive experience in product development.
  • Hands-on experience in frontend and backend development.
  • 5 years of experience in application architecture.
  • 5 years of experience in Agile product development.
  • 5 years of experience in .NET, C#, ASP.NET Core, SQL Server, and client-side technologies.
  • 10 years of experience in C#, .NET Core, ORM (EF Core), Distributed Cache, Messaging Queue, MS SQL Server, and REST API.
  • Expertise in Angular framework, TypeScript, component-based architecture, and best practices for building responsive and dynamic user interfaces.
  • 2 years of experience in TDD (Test-Driven Development).
  • Working experience in DDD (Domain-Driven Development).
  • Proficiency in security.
