About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned software architect to lead the design and development of our distributed systems. You'll work closely with our engineering teams to define the architecture of our payments platform, ensuring it's scalable, secure, and highly available.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop complex distributed systems
  • Lead the architecture of our payments platform
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure scalability and security
  • Contribute to the definition of our engineering roadmap
  • Represent Ripple in engineering decisions and ensure alignment with our overall direction
Requirements

We're looking for someone with at least 12+ years of experience in designing and developing complex distributed systems. You should have a strong background in Java and experience working with private and public clouds (AWS, GCP). Excellent communication skills and experience presenting to broad audiences are a must.
