Bakery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at Mix The Bakery. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, as well as batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, according to recipes or special customer orders.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Bake mixed dough and batters to perfection.
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
- Prepare special orders and ensure that the quality of products meets established standards.
- Inspect kitchen and food service areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient production.
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
As a Bakery Specialist at Mix The Bakery, you will work in a fast-paced bakery environment, surrounded by the sights and smells of freshly baked goods. You will be part of a close-knit team that is passionate about delivering high-quality products to our customers.
Requirements- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
- Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
