Job Title: Landscaping Supervisor

Nest Landscaping Ltd. is seeking a skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our outdoor workforce, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of various landscaping projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, supervise, and schedule staff to ensure efficient project completion.
  • Plan and estimate labor and materials required for each project.
  • Manage and supervise landscape construction work, ensuring high-quality results.
  • Maintain accurate work records and logs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Procure necessary materials, equipment, and supplies to support project needs.
  • Resolve work-related problems, provide technical guidance, and recommend measures to enhance productivity and product quality.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize project timelines and resource allocation.
Work Environment:

This role requires working outdoors in various locations, often under tight deadlines. You must be physically fit and able to perform tasks that involve bending, crouching, and kneeling.

Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment with a 40-hour workweek.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
