Amplifon is seeking a Client Care Coordinator to join our team in Parry Sound, ON. As a key member of our client care team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

About the Role:

The Client Care Coordinator will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing a personalized and caring experience. You will be responsible for guiding the client journey, managing scheduling and appointments, and preparing hearing care professionals for client appointments.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless experience for clients
  • Manage scheduling and appointments for new and existing clients
  • Prepare hearing care professionals for client appointments by communicating relevant client information
  • Convert outbound and inbound calls into appointments and drive marketing campaigns
  • Maintain accurate client database and financial records
  • Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
  • Educate clients on Amplifon programs, products, and services
  • Maintain efficient clinic operations and collaborate with colleagues to create a welcoming and high-performing clinic culture

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Diploma in business or medical administration is preferred
  • 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a medical setting
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Knowledge of the hearing aid industry is preferred
