Job Title: Gas Station Supervisor

F.A. Traders Ltd. is seeking a skilled Gas Station Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail business, you will be responsible for supervising staff, hiring and training, ordering merchandise, and maintaining inventory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of 5-10 staff members, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality customer service.
  • Hire and train new staff members, or arrange for their training, to ensure a skilled and motivated team.
  • Order merchandise and supplies, ensuring timely delivery and optimal stock levels.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring efficient storage and retrieval of products.
  • Install and service propane and natural gas filling stations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail business environment.
  • Excellent oral communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and customers.
  • Flexibility, accuracy, and reliability, with a strong focus on teamwork and client satisfaction.
Work Environment:
  • Fast-paced retail business environment, with a focus on customer service and sales.
  • Public transportation available, with a 40-hour workweek.
