Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at SUBWAY SANDWICHES & SALADS. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Supervise and train staff in food preparation, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure that supplies are ordered in a timely manner
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure that food meets our high standards
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
