About the JobWe are seeking a skilled Skid Steer Operator with milling experience to perform daily operations and project requirements. The ideal candidate will be fully trained in the operations and capabilities of front-end wheel loaders and assist the milling and paving crews as needed.
Responsibilities- Fully trained in the operations and capabilities of front-end wheel loaders.
- Assist the milling and paving crews with daily operations and project requirements.
- Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to company safety practices and policies.
- Perform routine maintenance on skid-steer loaders, including washing and cleaning the operator's cab, greasing, refueling, changing oil and filters, and maintaining fluid levels.
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License.
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating a Skid Steer.
- Mechanically inclined.
- Ability to read survey markings.
This position requires excellent communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work safely in a team environment. Clearance on a pre-employment medical is required, including drug and alcohol testing and a criminal record check.
