Job Title: Office Manager

At OMEGA ALUMINUM RAILING SYSTEM, we are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Office Operations: Oversee the maintenance of the office, including ensuring that all equipment and supplies are in good working order.
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the work of office support staff, including delegating tasks and providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Budgeting and Finance: Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between the office and other departments, ensuring that all communication is clear and effective.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English as the primary language of work.
  • 30 hours per week.
