Job Title: Store Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Circle K. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and leading a team of retail professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and customer service
- Lead and develop a team of retail professionals to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
- Implement sales strategies and promotions to drive sales growth and customer engagement
- Manage store budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to ensure financial success
- Collaborate with regional and national teams to drive business growth and improve store performance
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of retail management experience
- Proven track record of sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business or related field preferred
