Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Order Picker to join our team at Federated Co-operatives Limited. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fulfill customer orders by selecting and packing items from floor stock, using a pallet jack and headset system.
  • Work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with other warehouse professionals to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Perform repetitive physical work, including bending, lifting, and reaching, while maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Participate in housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organized shipping and receiving area.
Requirements
  • Verbal communication skills and ability to use a headset.
  • Ability to work in a freezer environment when required.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repetitively.
  • Availability to work shift schedules, including evenings and weekends.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
