We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pharmacist to join our team at Neighbourly Pharmacy in Saskatchewan, Canada. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing safe, effective, and appropriate drug therapy, as well as actively contributing to an environment of employee and customer engagement. You will work closely with our team to achieve departmental excellence in patient-focused care, customer service, and workflow efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Focus on clinical services, including medication reviews, disease state management, and patient education
  • Initiate care plans, follow up, and document patient information
  • Administer vaccines and determine appropriateness of drug therapy
  • Monitor medication adherence and collect relevant patient, drug, and disease information
  • Recommend OTC products and vitamins, and answer questions from patients requiring therapeutic knowledge
  • Supervise a pharmacy student or provisional pharmacist in the performance of restricted activities
