Neighbourly Pharmacy is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pharmacist to join our team in Saskatchewan, Canada. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing safe, effective, and appropriate drug therapy to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical services, including medication reviews, disease state management, and patient education
  • Initiate care plans, follow up, and document patient progress
  • Administer vaccines and determine appropriateness of drug therapy
  • Monitor medication adherence and collect relevant patient, drug, and disease information
  • Recommend OTC products and vitamins, and answer questions from patients requiring therapeutic knowledge
  • Supervise pharmacy students or provisional pharmacists in restricted activities

Requirements:

  • Licensed and in good standing with the Saskatchewan College of Pharmacy
  • Certificate of Injection for Drug Administration
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, and ability to work well in a team environment
