Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at South Edmonton Common Vitality Health. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Authorize payments, process returns, and maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement.
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Ensure a safe and secure working environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve overall store performance.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
