About This Opportunity

The Product Line Manager will be responsible for overseeing the Merchandising team in the Vancouver territory, ensuring that Coca-Cola Canada's customers are always 'in-stock' on shelves, displays, and coolers across our beverage portfolio. This role is critical in capturing maximum sales and delivering superior customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Merchandisers to execute strategic priorities and translate them into operational execution.
  • Establish strong partnerships with national and local grocery chains and mass merchandisers to ensure their needs are met.
  • Negotiate and optimize customer service levels based on company guidelines.
  • Monitor adherence to execution standards and ensure customer satisfaction through regular store visits.
  • Schedule team members to meet the demands of the business, flexing labour to match volume.
  • Manage the team within labour and operating budget constraints.
  • Collaborate daily with internal Sales and Customer Operations partners to ensure alignment on all initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years progressive Sales experience, preferably with account management at a consumer goods organization.
  • Complex selling knowledge with proven ability to create and sell-in customer-specific promotional programs and key initiatives.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders across various business systems.
  • Proficient experience with computer applications such as SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Strong business acumen, including an understanding of budgets and operating costs.
  • Customer-focused with proven relationship-building strengths and solid experience developing workforce plans based on business goals.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with the ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Proven collaboration skills with the ability to gain consensus through personal influence.
  • Demonstrated ability to promote an inclusive work environment and support workforce diversity.
  • Able to operate a manual/powered pallet jack or lift product up to 50 pounds.
  • Valid driver's license and driving record within MVR policy guidelines.

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
