Business Process Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Optimization Specialist to join our team at Brooksource. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving business processes to increase efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Analysis and Optimization
    • Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize them.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and ensure seamless integration.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting
    • Develop and maintain reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to stakeholders.
    • Analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns, and develop recommendations for process improvements.
  • Leadership and Collaboration
    • Lead process improvement initiatives and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with business partners to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Risk Management
    • Ensure that process improvements align with organizational risk management policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Statistics, Quantitative Methods, Math, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • 3+ years of experience in process improvement, data analysis, or a related field.
  • Skills
    • Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Proficiency in SAS EG coding.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education
    • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Experience
    • 5+ years of experience in process improvement, data analysis, or a related field.
  • Skills
    • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Microsoft Reporting Services, Spotfire, or Tableau.
    • Knowledge of business intelligence tools and technologies.
