Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our clients, utilizing your expertise in pelvic floor dysfunction management and treatment.
Key Responsibilities- Client Care: Utilize your clinical expertise to deliver personalized treatment plans, ensuring optimal outcomes for our clients.
- Assessment and Treatment: Perform thorough assessments to understand client symptoms, medical history, and treatment goals, developing and communicating individualized action plans to achieve movement health objectives.
- Documentation and Communication: Accurately document client conditions and progress, adhering to charting expectations, and engage clients using available technology to enhance their experience.
- Business Development: Build and manage your own caseload by engaging with local referral sources, participating in ongoing mentorship and clinical education to continually enhance your skills.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with your Clinic Director to identify and meet your training and development needs, contributing positively to clinic culture, mentoring students, and covering shifts when needed.
- Licensure and Insurance: Licensed and in good standing with your affiliated college, appropriate liability insurance.
- Training and Experience: Trained in the management and treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction (internal examinations), completed pelvic floor physiotherapy training (ie. Level 1 Pelvic Health Solutions or equivalent).
- Personal and Professional Qualities: Ability to thrive on feedback and adjust client care and performance accordingly, client-focused, demonstrated by behaviors such as cross-referring, follow-ups, and managing outreach, commitment to personal and professional growth through learning and collaboration.
