Food Service Team Lead

At ONTARIO INC, we are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate our food service staff to ensure they are working effectively and efficiently.
- Train Staff: Provide comprehensive training to our staff on job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Accurately estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation to minimize waste and optimize inventory.
- Hire and Manage Staff: Recruit, hire, and manage a team of food service staff to ensure we have the right people in the right roles.
- Quality Control: Ensure that our food and service meet the highest quality standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare Budgets and Reports: Develop and manage budgets, and prepare regular reports to track our performance and identify areas for improvement.
