Job Title: Line Operator

Location: Bimbo Bakehouse Facility

Shift: Afternoon Shift (03:00PM - 11:30PM) Sunday to Thursday with overtime on Friday

Wage: $22.60/Hour

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute the production schedule to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Monitor and maintain the quality of bread products, ensuring they meet company standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on production equipment to minimize downtime.
  • Record and report production data, including quantity produced and waste sheets.
  • Participate in quality control initiatives to identify and address areas for improvement.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and GMPs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including equipment, tools, and containers.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • Basic mathematical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Physically demanding, heavy lifting, must be able to handle weight up to 100 lbs.
