Human Resources Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our team at Sandal Translation Services Ltd. as a Staffing and Recruitment Coordinator. This is a permanent, full-time position that requires a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for administering staff consultation and grievance procedures, identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, and providing information or services such as employee assistance and counselling. They will also prepare and post notices and advertisements, collect and screen applicants, advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment, review candidate inventories, contact potential applicants to arrange interviews, recruit graduates of colleges, universities, and other educational institutions, co-ordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates, notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers, advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures, organize staff consultation and grievance procedures, negotiate settlements of appeals and disputes and co-ordinate termination of employment process, determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training, and recruit and hire staff.

- A high level of organization and attention to detail.
- The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- A strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Experience with recruitment and staffing processes.
