Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Front End Assistant Manager to join our team at Walmart Canada. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a team of associates to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales and Profit Growth: Analyze sales and financial reports to identify opportunities for growth and implement strategies to achieve sales and profit goals.
  2. Operational Excellence: Create and implement operational plans to ensure optimal store conditions, accurate pricing, and effective merchandise presentation.
  3. Customer Experience: Lead by example and ensure that all associates provide exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Team Leadership: Develop and lead a high-performing team of associates, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
  5. Asset Protection and Safety: Implement and monitor asset protection and safety controls to prevent losses and ensure a safe working environment.
