Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer and Helper to join our team at Mirabella Development Corporation. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for assisting in various aspects of construction projects, including loading and transporting materials, mixing and pouring concrete, and assisting in demolition and cleanup efforts.

Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Assist in aligning pipes during pipeline construction
  • Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications
  • Assist in demolishing buildings
  • Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
Working Conditions

As a Construction Laborer and Helper, you will be working outdoors in various weather conditions, including extreme temperatures and humidity. You will be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
