We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Control Analyst to join our Card Operations team at Scotiabank. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing card plastic, chip module, and collateral inventories for the manufacture, personalization, production, and fulfillment of over 5,000,000 credit and debit card products annually.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor inventory usage, card manufacturing and personalization orders, daily balancing, forecasts, projection of volumes/costs, and daily statistics.
- Work closely with key business line partners, IT Groups, and third-party vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of card products.
- Track and reconcile all Card Operations related expenses and invoices of over $20 MM annually.
- Manage the inventory management application system, importing data from multiple sources and analyzing card usage volumes, inventory, data, and statistics to generate reporting on various inventory control aspects.
- Strong knowledge of the Bank's retail products and services.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handle high volumes and limited timeframes.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
The position is primarily non-physical work in a standard office environment. The incumbent will work in a stressful environment due to tight delivery deadlines and strict security measures.
