Job Title: Food Service Team Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Food Service Team Lead to join our team at Quizno's Classic Subs. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and maintain high standards of productivity.
  • Procure food and kitchen supplies in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Serve as a role model by supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Hire and onboard new food service staff members, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management, providing insights into team performance and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality, culinary arts, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coach staff.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
