Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team at International Camouflage Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Logistics: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including inventory management, supply chain coordination, and warehouse operations.
  • Task Management: Organize tasks to accomplish the work, prioritize tasks, and delegate responsibilities to team members as needed.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports on warehouse operations, inventory levels, and supply chain performance.
  • Team Management: Supervise a team of 5-10 people, provide guidance and support, and conduct performance reviews.
  • Inventory Control: Organize and maintain inventory, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments, including purchasing, sales, and customer service.
  • Technical Skills: Utilize inventory control software, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, SAP, and Quick Books to manage warehouse operations and supply chain activities.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Personal Suitability: Initiative, organized, reliability, team player, and proactive.
