Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Flat Rate Warehouse Solutions Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse facilities and overseeing the daily activities of our warehouse staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Warehouse Operations: Ensure the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, as well as the maintenance of a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  • Team Management: Train and supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
  • Inventory Control: Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies or issues.
  • Logistics and Supply Chain: Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Working Conditions

  • Hours: 40 hours per week
