Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead our teams in delivering key results: sales and profit growth through exceptional patient and customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business success, managing profits and expenses, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead teams through effective performance management, setting clear goals and expectations.
  • Analyze the business, creating action plans to optimize results and drive growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve quality and performance in the region.
  • Manage workforce management activities, ensuring adherence to brand policies and labor initiatives.
  • Maintain brand standards and ensure operational execution meets company direction.
  • Protect company assets and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Model desired behaviors and be accountable for store delivery of exceptional patient and customer experiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High School graduate or equivalent.
  • 2+ years multi-unit retail experience.
  • 5+ years management experience.
  • A proven track record of delivering positive results and growth.
  • Excellent business acumen, including operational analysis.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of retail operations, processes, and policies.
  • Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong basic math skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 80% and work weekends as needed.
