Job Title: Mortgage Branch Manager

We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Branch Manager to oversee our business operations in the Greater Montreal Area (GMA). The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing daily operations to achieve business goals and maximize profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of employees to achieve business objectives and deliver high-quality customer service.
  • Develop and implement region-specific operational plans to ensure ComNet's strategic objectives are well understood and executed by regional employees.
  • Monitor and review operational KPIs to ensure ComNet strategic objectives are met within the region.
  • Collaborate with all levels of management to implement, monitor, and review organizational strategy.
  • Ensure inter-departmental collaboration beyond individual portfolios, particularly in policy production, carrying out organizational improvement initiatives, and risk management processes.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary degree or certificate in project management, business administration, or a relevant discipline.
  • Experience at a leadership level managing multi-disciplinary services across geographically diverse locations.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, engagement, and strategy development.
  • Experience in implementing, managing, and reporting on budgets successfully.
  • Experience in contributing to business development initiatives and balancing organizational planning strategies with current operational requirements.
  • A strong working knowledge of employee and industrial relations frameworks and excellent skills in assessing risk at both organizational and individual levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bilingual fluency.
  • Business acumen and knowledge of current and possible future policies, practices, trends, technology, and information affecting businesses and organizations.
  • Solid leadership and emotional intelligence skills, with demonstrated ability to engage others, influence organizational culture, and provide strong direction.
  • Highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal, including an ability to prepare high-level reports to executives and external parties.
