Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts at HTBC Flooring Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive business growth and success.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in marketing with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role. You will be responsible for allocating resources, authorizing departmental establishment, establishing objectives, and representing the organization in official functions.

You will also be expected to select middle managers, direct and evaluate departments, plan and control budget and expenditures, market business services, manage contracts, hire, train, and motivate staff, develop promotional materials, and establish financial and administrative controls.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive business growth and success.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve marketing goals and objectives.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and customers.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform marketing decisions.
  • Manage budgets and resource allocation to ensure effective use of marketing spend.
  • Develop and implement data-driven marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior marketing role.
  • Proven track record of delivering results-driven marketing campaigns.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with marketing software and tools.
