Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Vice-President to lead our marketing efforts and drive growth in the e-commerce sector.

About the Role

This is a senior leadership position that requires strategic thinking, business acumen, and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase sales and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs effectively.
  • Authorize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Represent the company in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate necessary authority and create optimal working conditions.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures.
  • Market business services and manage contracts.
  • Hire, train, direct, and motivate staff.
  • Develop promotional materials and plan advertising campaigns to promote sales.
  • DIRECT AND EVALUATE ESTABLISHMENTS AND DEPARTMENTS THAT MAINTAIN MEDIA RELATIONS ON BEHALF OF BUSINESSES, GOVERNMENTS, AND OTHER ORGANIZATIONS.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 5 years or more experience in marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Organized, client-focused, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
