Key Responsibilities- Facilities Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of our facilities, including making adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Equipment Repair: Contact tradespersons for major repairs and perform minor repairs on appliances.
- Safety and Security: Conduct regular safety and security checks to ensure a secure working environment.
- Logistics: Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Additional Tasks: Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
