We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team at Baymont by Wyndham. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and general ledgers.
- Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Accounting Policies and Procedures: Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures, including financial reporting and budgeting.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
- Skills: Accurate, dependable, organized, and reliable.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain attention to detail in financial record keeping and financial statement preparation.
- Tight Deadlines: Meet tight deadlines for financial reporting and budgeting.
- Work Under Pressure: Work under pressure to meet financial reporting and budgeting deadlines.
