Job Title: Doors and Windows Installation Supervisor

Goudreau Personnel by Swinton Ltd. is seeking a skilled Doors and Windows Installation Supervisor to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Doors and Windows Installation Supervisor to oversee the installation of doors and windows in residential settings. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a team.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of installers and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Recruit and train new staff members.
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
  • Lead and instruct individuals to ensure high-quality work.
  • Supervise insulators and other team members.
  • Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols.
  • Manage transportation and travel arrangements for the team.
  • Maintain a high level of organization and reliability.
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP education.
  • 2-3 years of experience in construction, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic.
  • Own vehicle and steel-toed safety boots.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a 40-44 hour workweek. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
