Job Title: Doors and Windows Installation Supervisor

Goudreau Personnel by Swinton Ltd. is seeking a skilled Doors and Windows Installation Supervisor to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Doors and Windows Installation Supervisor to oversee the installation of doors and windows in residential construction projects. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to read blueprints and drawings, and have a strong understanding of construction materials and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise installation teams and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Recruit and train new team members, and provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities.
  • Estimate costs and materials, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to ensure accurate installation.
  • Lead and instruct installation teams to achieve high-quality results.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the construction industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
  • Strong understanding of construction materials and techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
