Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with special needs and provide exceptional customer service
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Monitor quality and production levels to maintain our high standards
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality
  • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of workers to ensure efficient operations
  • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to maintain a smooth workflow
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 30 to 40 hours per week
