Job Description

At Mable Nail Bar, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Supervisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Monitor quality and production levels to maintain high standards.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of workers, and possibly review their performance.
  • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations.

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work on site and no option to work remotely.
