Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Early Childhood Educator Assistant to join our team at Tiny Hoppers Early Learning Centre. The successful candidate will work closely with our experienced educators to provide a nurturing and engaging environment for our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the daily care and education of infants and toddlers, including bathing, feeding, and engaging in activities that promote their physical, cognitive, and emotional development.
  • Support the planning and implementation of programs that promote the social, emotional, and cognitive development of children.
  • Establish and maintain a safe and healthy environment for children, including preparing snacks and arranging rooms or furniture for meals and rest periods.
  • Communicate effectively with children, families, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and supportive team environment.
  • Participate in staff meetings to discuss progress and problems of children, and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote the well-being of children.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a childcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Working Conditions
