Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Personal Support Aide to join our team at Dr. Ramadan Elsugy Medicine Profes. As a Personal Support Aide, you will provide essential care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer bedside and personal care, ensuring the comfort and dignity of our clients.
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, taking into account therapeutic diets and menus.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
  • Assist clients with medication administration, ensuring accurate and timely dosing.
  • Participate in regular exercise programs, such as walking, to promote physical well-being.
  • Change non-sterile dressings and assist with infant care, as needed.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
