At Echo-Tech Machine & Tool Ltd, we are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce high-precision parts and components.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, charts, and tables to ensure accurate production
  • Set up and adjust production machinery and tools to meet quality and production standards
  • Fabricate and assemble components and machine parts to close tolerance
  • Maintain, repair, and calibrate precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate measurements
  • Document and report deviations from specifications and tolerances to ensure quality control
  • Maintain inspection records and complete inspection reports to track production quality
  • Verify dimensions of parts machined using precise measuring instruments to ensure accuracy
  • Set up and operate conventional and computer-controlled machine tools to produce high-precision parts
  • Verify dimensions of products for accuracy and conformance to specifications using precision measuring instruments
Requirements
  • Registered Apprenticeship certificate or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of experience in CNC machining or a related field
  • Strong understanding of CNC programming and machining principles
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
