Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team at Echo-Tech Machine & Tool Ltd. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce precision parts and components.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, charts, and tables to understand production requirements.
  • Set up and adjust production machinery and tools to ensure accurate and efficient production.
  • Fabricate and assemble components and machine parts to close tolerance.
  • Maintain, repair, and calibrate precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Document and report any deviations from specifications and tolerances.
  • Verify dimensions of parts machined using precise measuring instruments.
  • Operate conventional and computer-controlled machine tools to produce precision parts and components.
Requirements
  • Registered Apprenticeship certificate or equivalent experience.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in CNC machining.
  • Mastercam CAD/CAM and AutoCAD programming skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.
